Experience

Cambridge Invest has an experienced team of U.S. and Chinese professionals specializing in finance and cross-border transactions. Trained at MIT and Harvard, our professionals include the former Chief Financial Officer of a leading Chinese company listed in the U.S., as well as managing partners of Chinese law firms specializing in cross-border M&A. We have invested globally for senior executives of Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, UBS and the Federal Reserve. We have also advised leading U.S. and European companies on investing in China, and have advised top-tier Chinese companies on accessing the U.S. markets. We currently serve as Strategic Advisor on foreign investments to the City of Wuhan, the largest city in central China with a population of 9 million. Our experience spans a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, auto & auto parts, renewable energy, industrials, consumer products, real estate and retail.
